1. Who we are
Kaogami is a brand of Moshivo LLC (formerly BuzzMinter LLC) ("Moshivo", "we", "us"), a Delaware limited liability company, operating the studio available at kaogami.com. Kaogami builds exclusive AI-generated brand characters for companies. You can reach us at hello@kaogami.com.
2. Information we collect
From you, when you contact us or buy a service: name, email address, brand or company name, the interest you selected and the message you write. During a project: the brief and questionnaire answers, the product photography and brand material you send us, and the approvals and revision notes exchanged. Usage data: basic technical information (pages visited, browser type, IP address) collected through analytics, with your consent where required, to operate and improve the site.
3. What we do not collect
We do not clone real people and do not ask for photographs of real individuals to build a character. If brand material you send contains images of people, we use it only for product and setting reference and never to reproduce a person's likeness.
4. How we use information
To answer your request, deliver the service you bought, produce and deliver the character and its assets, invoice you, and improve the site. We do not sell, rent or share personal information with third parties for their own marketing, and we do not send newsletters.
5. Generated characters and training data
Characters are generated on models we run ourselves. The material you send for a project is used only for that project. It is not added to any shared dataset, not used to train models for other clients, and is deleted on request or at the end of the retention period below.
6. Third-party service providers
We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) for hosting, GPU compute and transactional email, and Google reCAPTCHA to protect the contact form. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy commitments.
7. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We never store your card details: they are collected and held by Stripe under its own privacy policy. We receive from Stripe only what we need to operate your order (payment status, billing country, invoice references) and, where applicable, your billing address and tax ID.
8. Data security
All traffic is served over HTTPS (TLS 1.2 or higher). Project material is stored encrypted at rest and isolated per client. Personal data is not read by humans except to deliver the service, for security, to comply with law, or in aggregated form. On a confirmed incident affecting personal data, we notify affected clients without undue delay.
9. Data retention
Contact requests are kept for as long as needed to answer them. Project material and deliverables are kept for twelve months after delivery so revisions and re-deliveries remain possible, then deleted; you may ask for earlier deletion at any time. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days.
10. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict its processing. Write to hello@kaogami.com.
11. Cookies
The site uses essential cookies for proper functionality and, with your consent collected through the cookie banner, Google Analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can decline analytics cookies; the site works fully without them. We do not use advertising tracking cookies.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes are reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
